• Pickup in Ostravafree

  At our premises, Jeremenkova 485/13, Ostrava, during opening hours. We'll e-mail you once your order is ready.

In-stock items usually ship within 3 working days of receiving payment. Items available from our supplier usually reach us within 2–3 working days; we'll confirm the exact delivery date by e-mail or phone. We deliver within the Czech Republic; delivery abroad is possible by arrangement.

All prices, including shipping, include VAT.

Payment

• Online by card

  Choose online payment at checkout and place your order. We'll redirect you to the secure Comgate payment gateway, where you enter your card number, expiry date and security code (CVC). You confirm the payment with your bank (3-D Secure — e.g. in your banking app or with an SMS code) and return to the shop. We accept Visa and Mastercard, and you can also pay with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

  How card payment works

• Online bank transfer (bank button)

  On the Comgate payment gateway you pick your bank and log in to your internet banking, where a pre-filled payment order is waiting — you just confirm it. The payment usually reaches us within minutes, so we can ship without waiting.

  The account number, variable symbol (order number) and a QR code are shown after you place the order and sent by e-mail. Please pay within 5 working days; we ship once the payment arrives.

• Cash or card at our shop

  Pickup only — you pay when collecting your order at our premises in Ostrava.
