What if the machine breaks down?
Service is part of the rental. We treat faults as a priority so you're not left without coffee, and you don't pay for repairs separately.
Do we need a water connection?
Not necessarily. Machines for up to about 40 coffees a day have a water tank. For larger machines we recommend a mains connection so nobody has to keep refilling water. We'll discuss the options for your space.
Who looks after the machine?
Daily care takes a few minutes: empty the grounds, top up beans and water, rinse the milk system. We show your staff how at installation. We handle maintenance, descaling and repairs.
Can we swap the machine later?
Yes. If your company grows or moves, we swap the machine for a more powerful one or adjust how many you have.
Do you rent outside the Moravian-Silesian Region?
We only rent in Ostrava and the Moravian-Silesian Region, where we can provide fast service. You can still buy a machine from us — we sell across the Czech Republic.
