Booking a repair, step by step

Fill in the form or call us. Tell us the brand and model and what it does — or rather doesn't do.

Arranging a time
We reply within 48 hours and arrange when you bring the machine to our premises, or how the handover works.

Diagnosis and price upfront
We find the cause of the fault and send a quote. We only start the repair once you approve it.

Repair and handover
We replace faulty parts, descale, adjust and test the machine on a real brew. You get a working coffee machine back.
What a repair costs
The price depends on the brand, the type of fault and the cost of spare parts. You'll know the exact figure after the diagnosis and you approve it.
